Good, because doing so just makes work for the admin team .. as does potentially libelous, threatening, or just plain blasphemouus, statements about the company or its staff.
However that hardly 'stifles debate' .. you can easily warn off newbies without overstepping any boundaries... there are lots of TP reviews doing so, even one from me, and plenty of threads here saying that, as P2P companies go, LY is currently in the 'nil points' group, in many people's opinion.

Another truly pathetic round of updates with no discernible progress made to getting anything recovered. Why bother at all Lendy?

It does look like Lendy are stepping up to the plate now though. Just look at the heading of each update... In capitals as well.
