I, like many others I suspect, navigate this site through the "Recent-T" link, taking me to recent threads. Is it possible to see Board each thread relates to on there? Currently, I sometimes click on a thread I wouldn't if I'd known the Board it relates to; and sometimes I assume it relates to a Board I'm not interested in, when I actually am.
Thanks.

No, I'm afraid not. It's my biggest bugbear with the platform. I did request this a while back as was implemented on the old P2P Frank at the time, but none seemed interested.

Well, I'm not sure about not interested, this was the response - p2pindependentforum.com/post/276818/thread at the time. I'm not really the techie or coder around here, but if anyone does know how to do it on Pro-Boards then I'll be happy to have a look to see if I can implement it on our themes.

There was no response to my final post in that thread that pointed out that it had been successfully implemented in Frank on pro-boards. Hence, I inferred there was no interest in implementing it here.
I'd be very happy to be proved wrong.

That forum is nothing to do with me or this forum, so to repeat, if someone knows how to and wants to let me know I'll see what I can do. Can't promise, assuming it's even possible on this forum, as I've said I'm not a coder, but I'll have a go.

There doesn't seem to be a software solution to this issue yet. So when I get time I will see if I can add the short-code (i.e. RS, Z, FC etc) for the platform to some of the regularly appearing and important threads, no promises; just as I get spare time, and as an experiment. This is a manual process and therefore slow I won't have the time to do many and certainly not all threads everywhere, sorry probably just a handful.
Update - 25.5.20
I've been adding platform short codes to thread titles for about a week and it's been going okay; so I'll try to continue doing this. But you can add the short code yourself when you start a new thread or go back to an old one that you started to add it now. Some thread titles are too long already so there's no space to fit the code in, I'll leaves those as they are. These are the codes I'm using;
Platform | short code
| Ablrate
| ABL
| Assetz Capital & Assetz Capital private board
| AC & p-AC
| Funding Circle
| FC | RateSetter
| RS
| Unbolted
| UB
| Zopa
| Z
|
Names in Bold are on the so called first page and are the most visited normally. Other codes used are; Platform | Short code
| Abundance
| Abu
| ArchOver
| AO
| Blend Network
| BN
| BondMason
| BM
| Bondora
| BO
| Bridge Crowd
| BC (SM)
| Collateral
| COL
| CrowdProperty
| CP
| Fund Ourselves (AKA Welendus)
| FO
| FundingSecure
| FS
| Growth Street
| GS
| HuddleCapital
| HC
| JustUs
| JU
| Kuflink
| KUF
| LandlordInvest
| LLI
| Lending Crowd
| LC
| LendInvest
| LI
| Lending Works
| LW
| Lendy
| L
| Mintos
| Min
| Money & Co
| MC
| MoneyThing
| MT
| Money Platform
| MP
| Octopus Choice
| OC
| Property Crowd
| PC
| Property Moose
| PM
| Proplend
| PL
| Robocash
| RC
| ReBuilding Society
| Rebs
| Relendex
| Rel
| SoMo (formerly BridgeCrowd)
| SM
| The House Crowd
| THC
| Thin Cats & private Thin Cats
| TC & p-TC
| Twino
| Twi
| uOwn
| uO
| Wellesley & Co
| W or W&Co
| wiseAlpha
| wA
|
Finally, when a thread title contains a loan name such DFL*** or PBL*** these concern Lendy. When it contains something like MT**** these are MoneyThing loans and in both these cases I don't add the short-code.
