So I assume Copious Capital is up and running ? paymetoday is, on cc website it says an apparently it's 'new' and "ethical". for paymetoday There were a number of changes in resignations and appointments, and today I can't see anything on page "people" keeps getting bad gateway: beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11313207/filing-historyFor copious capital it's returning the same gateway error. pmt says it will "improve my wellbeing" paymetoday.co.uk/for-the-soulAs Ly were a client of pmt, how does one find info on that?

if you look on TP, Wiggy Kelly has given a glowing review of the wage shop - funnily used as a testimonial on the paymetoday site!

Back in the days when I was recruiting staff I'd consider grammar and spelling mistakes on CVs as "red flags". Likewise with websites seeking my funds when they arbitrarily truncate the bios of their staff . Not that I'd touch this with a barge-pole but anyway.....

I note the addresses for both CC and PMT are given as Southsea on the respective websites, despite the change noted on CH (for PMT) on Feb 19.

JUST reading back through some of my previous postings…. In particular from this thread; The Revolving Door at Lendy, started by Mousey; I know there has been some concern in the mousey household that the Lendy team might not have a job in the coming months. My worries have been alleviated at the discovery of Copious Capital Ltd trading as Pay Me Today. Lessons have been learned at Pay Me Today as frequently asked questions include How long does it take to receive the money?, What happens if the application is fraudulent? and Who carries the risk of non-repayment? We don't have to worry about any of the staff changing their commuting habits as they are based in the same office at Brankesmere House. Incidentally Brankesmere House is owned by Brankesmere Ltd. The director of Brankesmere Ltd is one Liam Brooke. There is also a charge registered at the property in favour of one Liam Brooke of Lendy Group Limited (a companies whose accounts were due 11 August 2018). All quite merky! AFTER posting an initial comment on the thread, Mousey acknowledged and replied, to which I then posted a train of thought; supernumerary You'll hopefully note that Copious Capital Ltd is an entirely legal entity from Lendy Group. There is no way the structure of Lendy has been set-up to help investors only to protect the interests of Liam Brooke. ETA: It wouldn't surprise me if Copious Capital weren't paying any rent or wages to use the employees and assets of Lendy
Thank you for acknowledging my post and the reply. Whilst we can speculate as to whether the new legal entity will help Lendy, or whether it is paying any rent, or using the employees and assets of Lendy, we can't be certain of it. HOWEVER, what we CAN ALL be certain about is that Senior figures at Lendy are NOT using ALL their ENERGIES and TIME at Lendy, to get back the capital, the interest, the assets, totaling MANY millions of pounds, to those lenders who believed in them doing their job correctly... IF the Senior figures at Lendy were using ALL their ENERGIES and TIME at Lendy, to get back the capital, the interest, the assets, totaling MANY millions of pounds, to those lenders who believed in them doing their job correctly, then they would NOT have the time to start Copious Capital Ltd. NO ifs, NO buts here... BIG thank you for providing us all, with this information. THEN today I finally found and read the Trust Pilot reviews of Paymetoday, uk.trustpilot.com/review/paymetoday.co.ukLow and behold, somebody critically took the same line of thinking; " This is from the same people who run Lendy with massive levels of defaults This is from the same people who run Lendy, who currently have over £150 million of defaulted investments tied up in p2p loans, leaving all lenders with no way out. The FCA put lendy into special measures in February. Lendy claim to be fully focused on getting their investor's money back, yet L.B. and his staff have time to set up another venture in finance. (My highlighting) People like myself with tens of thousands of pounds stuck in loans which defaulted due to mismanagement nearly two years ago are all asking when they will be paid, and it certainly isn't going to be "today" as the company hasn't taken on any new business for months." The Trust Pilot reviews for Paymetoday, run by Copious Capital, are NOT pleasant reading. Recent posts are NOT pulling any punches; uk.trustpilot.com/review/paymetoday.co.uk
