What interests me is that The Nige is talking about breaking the two party system for good, and that means reforming the electoral system. If, and it's a big if, they get a fair proportion of MPs under the current system, I suspect that aim might be quickly forgotten but what seems likely is that they split the Tory vote and either Labour or the Tories will have to try to form a minority or a coalition government. At that point, electoral reform will be right at the fore because The Brexit and the Greens, Lib Dems are likely to be hugely under-represented and rebalancing the whole rotten system will be anyone's price for forming a government. I can see the Brexit party taking votes away from the Tories at the next GE, but find it much harder to see them getting a significant number of MPs under the current FPTP system. Unless/until they get that, I can't see them being 'kingmakers' or being able to dictate a reform of the electoral system as their price for joining a coalition. I think that depends quite a bit on who is the leader of the TP at that time. In the hopefully unlikely event it is still Theresa the BP would win a landslide IMO. Should it be a brexiteer (much more likely) then the vote might be split unless there are solid electoral pacts in place.

I'm standing by my fairly long-standing prediction that both main parties are going to split into two - and it's getting closer and closer. They're just waiting for one of the two to be given a final nudge, and both will go roughly simultaneously.
The soft-left are going to abandon Labour to Momentum and the Corbynites.
I was thinking that the Tories were going to be abandoned by the hard-right, who would merge with the saner end of the kippers, but since they went full-fat Tummy Rubbinson and St Nige started the B(N)P*, I'm now reckoning the centrists will be the ones to abandon ship.
TIG/ChUK could have been the start, but I'm astonished how badly they've mishandled the whole thing.
* - The Brexit (Nigel) Party, obvs. What did you think I meant?

I see the well costed plan (not) from Labour to nationalize the energy sector wiped millions off their values. God (not me) help us if they actually got to try it.

I assume that's the journalist who seems to argue in favour of moving towards a system borrowing from European health systems? Irony? Do we know who these poster chaps are or are they hiding unchallengeable behind anonymity? I assume they are complying with electoral law on third party campaigning? It would appear that the Led By Donkeys have been identified and are under scrutiny by The Electoral Commission. 3 Greenpeace activists and one former Greenpeace activist - one of whom was acquitted of criminal damage to a nuclear plant. The source for this is not unimpeachable, so don't @ me. I have no skin in this rather sad game of thrones.

Abraham Lincoln always was a man before his time. Perhaps he got insight from James T Kirk when he met him

What will Labour do now ? Try and fool everyone they can offer what the want.
Boris will be PM and we will get out or GE and Brexit party will hold balance of power.

You can manipulate it how you wish... The Brexit Party candidates have the majority of EU MPs compared any other parties and so..... The BBC is so petulant don't you think?
