I requested a withdrawal at the end of April which hasn't yet materialised. Any one else experiencing delays?
BTW I've tried using their contact facility but doesn't seem to be operational.

My balance is shown as £0.00 which would be correct had the withdrawal been received but the withdrawal is shown as pending. I will try emailing them asking for an explanation - the amount is only £10.67 but it is my money!

I wonder, given the "wind down" of the platform whether withdrawal requests are only viewed periodically because there doesn't seem to be any regularity with them. It's also not helped by the fact that FE have never sent out emails confirming either withdrawal requests or subsequent payments like most other platforms.

jonno tony Apologies for the the recent delays you have experienced. I had a planned operation 6 weeks ago and the recovery time was much longer than anticipated. Cover for processing withdrawals was in place for my expected recovery time after which I had to pick them back up. Given this, it was not always possible to process them as quickly as we would have liked, please accept my apologies for this. Looking back at some of the requests, I can see that some took upto 7 days to process as opposed to our 1-3 day target. Please do tag me in any posts you make in the future so I can get an alert and respond quicker. Regards, Parag

parag; this monthly "bump" is getting a tad monotonous. Withdrawal request 1st December but 11 days on, no sign of it.

My final payment requested on December 1 eventually arrived in my account on December 14 after two chaser emails. Zero investments now in FE - wish I could say the came about C,L,FS and MT!

parag. Are you now officially running a two week withdrawal waiting period or is it simply down to negligence and/or general lack of interest (no pun intended).

parag. withdrawal request made 2nd March; it is now 18th March and nil arrived. What exactly is going on? This is OUR cash in a supposed "Client Account".

Am I the only one out there who is suffering massive delays on withdrawals? My last request was on 1st April and I'm still waiting. Or am I the only one with any money left on this platform?
