yes this has vanished - or am i doing something wrong? 116 is not listed in my current investments or on the market. should we be even more worried? It's still there on the "existing loans" page. As the first and only "portfolio loan" it was always categorised a bit differently to the other loans which might be why it's not on the "current investments" page (I seem to remember there was a link to click on to get a list of portfolio loans but I can't find it now). I don't think it ever was on the loan exchange due to its nature. OK thanks for that - i see it indeed showing (unfortunately) my holding. whatever its category it should apear on your current investments possibly as a different loan type ie "interest only portfolio" or whatever.

It would be nice to hear something optimistic about future prospects with this/or even anything at all' other than where to find it.

ablrate - can you advise on how can I see a summary of my balances in portfolio loans? My balance in this loan used to be listed under a separate tab under "Your current investments", but this seems to have vanished and my balances do appear listed under the "Self Select Loan Investments" under "Your Current Investments".

This is when I see mine. login first then use the link platform.ablrate.com/NewUI/Lender/Dashboard/ExistingLoans.aspxLW

Doing a bit of end of year account housekeeping I noticed this is listed in the payments due list for the capital amount in full. Given it is a pretty remote possibility that it will be repaid at that time this seems curious. Care to shine a light on the thinking ablrate Expanding the thought a bit, clearly several of the loans that just keep cycling on this list are really effectively in a different category (default, restructure etc). Would it be possible to consider a different way of displaying these? Maybe I am alone in the desire, but would rather just see loans with a realistic payment line shown. Edit for clarity only I am looking at 116 the 'portfolio loan'

Edit for clarity only I am looking at 116 the 'portfolio loan' I believe that this is the original repayment due date, and in line with other late paying loans the repayment schedules remain in line with the contractual terms. It's a difficult one to make a call on - what is more useful, a view of what the amounts should have been or a constantly moving finger-in-the-air guess a la Moneything of a repayment date?

The end date bit would make sense, I had forgotten loans could end in a natural way. I suspect when the ablvontrap escape over the Alps is complete I will be reminded that a new 'all singing all dancing' new user interface experience is imminent, No doubt at that point something completely different to my thoughts will be offered as a solution.

'when the ablvontrap escape over the Alps is complete' ( very good! ), and assuming re-entry into the Country is allowed, I just hope ablvontrap puts away his New Toy and concentrates on New Loans.

Maybe we should write a New Year's Resolution for Ablrate, compliments of lenders. Something positive and inspiring, not just 'no more pub rescues'.

I quote:
'This loan has been defaulted on our system. We are continuing the process of replacing the IP in this loan. We are also continuing the process of seeking a sale and are reviewing various legal options'
Ta raa!!

I see outstanding and final repayments have been removed from the due payments list. i wonder if this is normal for those loans now in default or that have not paid their settlement on the due date? Hope not.
