Given that you are able to speak to the administrators of this loan, perhaps you'd be so kind as to speak to the insolvency practitioners of a certain other loan whos recovery has been dragging on for several years without a penny being returned to investors? You know, the one related to shipping containers?

After the farce that is Lendy I was impressed with Ablrate’s processes and communications. The communications - especially for this loan - have dried up. I have therefore held off increasing any investment on the platform and am wondering if it’s time to think about pulling the plug.

Unfortuantely a lack of updates usually coincides with the slow pace of the law and situations outwith of Ablrate's control.

Where can you view defaulted / late / unrecovered / recovered / completed loans ?
I assume these loans and similar ones are not listed under the EXISTING LOANS tab.

I assume these loans and similar ones are not listed under the EXISTING LOANS tab.
Existing loans covers all outstanding loans whatever their status. You cant view any historically completed loans. (anything before ASMX) You can view current loans status on ASMX. There are no defaulted loans, which is clearly nonsense but for some reason Abl doesnt use the classification, nor delinquent, so you will have to decide for yourself from amongst the paused loans. Completed loans are classed as matured. I assume Abl complies with FCA COBS & default status regulations!
