There are just a tiny number of loans for sale on FS ... It may soon have nothing for sale. ( Might be worth buying it all just to see the reaction and wild speculation  ) Now Game of thrones is over. No doubt there will be a call to arms to all the fans that are P2P investors to march on the headquarters of all the platforms and demand to see the books and remove the management to the dungeons. |

DFL012 most likely to be the issue. Agreed. Perhaps the FCA is unhappy with Lendy's proposals for distributing the funds. Does anyone else feel like the interim payment on DFL012 is now not going to happen? This feels like a pre cursor to collapse. I could use some reassuring words, the timing is ridiculous.

This feels like a pre cursor to collapse. I could use some reassuring words, the timing is ridiculous. It is possible that some disgruntled creditor has obtained a Court injunction against the creditors agreement or repayment of funds to the parties. If that were the case, a Court would have the power to freeze any disbursement or order a claw-back. This is nothing more than pure conjecture at the moment, as Lendy do not have the courtesy to even explain their delay.

Sale has completed, that doesn't mean the funds have been released to Lendy by the administrators, who will need to finalise costs, sums being retained against vat etc. It took around a month for MT to distribute proceeds from BH recovery and while that was unusual, a week or so delay isn't IME

If they reinstate SM and allow trading at a discount that should speed things up as those who have faith may invest/ reinvest.

I have a feeling that Jeepers knows more about this suspension issue than he is willing to divulge, and it is no longer currently an issue of finding lenders who have [blind] faith to keep the SM moving.
