Logged into Lendy and saw the message "ALL LOANS ARE FULLY FUNDED" on the available tab - I don't think I've seen that for at least 2 years, maybe a slight change in sentiment?

On the bright side all the staff could be assigned to the recovery side of the business and even send the larger members of staff to visit wayward borrowers with a view to negotiating a quick settlement.  |

Also I have some stuff in the sale queue...this is still showing in my selling loans as part of that queue...so which is it? They are still for sale but no one can buy them? Great

Well that's a lie to start with isn't it...surely it should read... All loans are suspended... Strictly speaking not a lie, as all loans were fully funded. What has changed is the SM has been turned off (due to loans being suspended) and there is no 'availability' so the default message kicks in for that tab. The question is why is there an across-the-board suspension? Lendy Support (and the FCA, if you guys are reading this) should be mindful of Lendy's obligations in keeping clients suitably informed of material changes as per Regulation. (Don't forget to take up-to-date dumps of account status, just in case the site goes 'dark'. See this post and some that follow it)

Tbh it is well overdue.
Imagine being a new investor, there is no way that the Lendy site reflects any type of reality, especially those in the blackbox product.
Pertinently I do wonder whether a line has been crossed now and the game is up.
Effectively if they can't take investments that is as good as having a licence suspended.
This end of months updates should be interesting but I wonder if the dreaded technical issues might come in, they must be dreading how to explain it.

Spoke with someone at Lendy. They say the transactions are so low in SM that they are "revewing" that side of thing. There would be comms out soon. Soon could be in a month's time or year or never though.

Yes I have a personal mobile phone number of someone I probably cannot disclose but I thought they have given an "account manager" to everyone. Anyway it's of no great use if all is going under.
