For everyone’s info, I have emailed RSM several times, covering several topics.
As a general rule, it appears they do not answer promptly (or at all) anything that is not part of their investigation.
I have received response emails from RSM regarding specific info I supplied to them on capital/Liam topics, other emails where I ask general questions, I have not been responded to yet.
From their response(s), I would hazard a guess they are in deep “investigation” mode at the moment and that is taking their priority. <-- Which I am happy with at the moment.

Are the guys answering the phone call also charging £400/h? Would be outrageous Probably not, that's why they're answering the phones. Which presumably why it’s a third party company ..seems sensible ..although if all they can’t really say anything a prerecorded message would have been cheaper

Noticed this earlier today, but was busy and as far as I am aware, nobody has mentioned it on here; Apologies that the monthly platform updates have yet to be issued. These will be published by Friday 7th June 2019. This is currently on the news header heading on the Lendy website.

call centre in india very good very cheap Yes but I really can't imagine anyone sitting in a call centre in India on minimum wage call tell me anything helpful. We would want to speak to either a UK legal/insolvency expert who is specialised in this sort of rare situation who is also up to speed with the events so far. No offence to people working in call centres in India but I can't imagine they're likely to be qualified, experienced lawyers. Of course they could prob hand out a crib sheet that they could read in response to some basic questions they could be asked, but its probably easier to just shove that info on the website.

Talking of Indian call centres: Ever since Lendy went down 'Microsoft' is calling me, day after day, to inform me my computer has been attacked. Today , I was heard to direct a drone to their co ordinates before ringing off. Then they left a message on answerphone saying my 'computer would never work again'. Has Liam sold the membership emails again?

I've never, ever had one. <sigh> My (totally MS-free) HP desktop computer is waiting for them...

I believe that number is not gonna be useful for me if I can't even reach the RS* staff, and if lenders end up paying for the cost, I will not be happy. I hope RS* can do better than BD* in terms of communication. Since the platform is still operative, why not just use the platform to give lenders regular updates?

Where’s the £400 per hour coming from ..they are using a third party..doubt its anywhere near that
