Check your emails, and also login to the lendy website to check all your personal details are up to date.Particularly important for anyone that may have deleted or provided dummy phone numbers to try to avoid the Lendy nuisance marketing calls (given they ignored their own privacy policy / settings).

Didn't have any verification like this from BDO. Should we?

Didn't have any verification like this from BDO. Should we? I expect we will, shortly before BDO commence making payments to lenders given any records of KYC/AML performed by COL are no doubt lost. But that is months if not years off.
RSM on the otherhand intend to return cash balances as soon as possible, so need to get the KYC/AML step completed now.

Hey, lets give Experian the next slice of the diminishing cake!

Does AML mean "avoid money leaving" so we can keep it for our fees? How much longer can they drag this out?

This is going to be fun... i need to change mine and my wifes e-mail address's as our previous supplier has cut our access to emails because i apparently had the audacity to not accept their price increase, cancel forthwith, and move on. src="//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/superangry.png">

How do I get to see my details on the website to review or edit? I have looked everywhere so far. In the sub menu's under the "My Account" section/tab.
My Account / Personal Details & My Account / Bank Account.
Depending what device you are using you may need to 'pull down' the arrow next to Transactions to see the other options.

Thanks - it was not obvious that "Transactions" was actually a sub-menu.

The best approach is to use one of the free mainstream services such as Gmail.com or Outlook.com. These services have been around for decades and have proven to be resilient. It is unlikely that they will be ever charged a fee. I have an active free Hotmail account since December 1996.

TitoPuente is absolutely right. It's also worth considering a domain name - they're cheap, easy to manage, and you can swap the "real" email behind it very easily. (I can never understand where small businesses have public-facing "generic" emails, especially when they have a domain for their website. It's just shoddiness, and shows they cba to do the basics)

Non UK EU investors. How do you add your bank account? While Lendy was functioning, I made my withdrawals through Transferwise, now that the Administrator is asking to update personal details including the bank account, how do I add a SEPA account? The current options seem to work only for UK accounts. Should I just ignore adding an account for now?

The current options seem to work only for UK accounts. Should I just ignore adding an account for now? As you already use Transferwise you could open a Borderless account with them. This will give you a UK Bank account with sort code then you can easily transfer funds from GBP to the EUR account. Of course at this stage I do not know if they would accept a new bank account, though the bank account page still offers this possibility. Alistair
