Perhaps the mods could remove the password to the private area from the locked thread... Thanks for your concern, but please note that I did check whether the information was un-redacted in the PDF document loaded onto the Lendy Website here - lendy.co.uk/cms/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Lendy_Investor_Update_2019_12_20.pdf.pdf As you can see it has not been redacted, and you do not have to login to access it. This is pretty much public domain in my view, so I did not redact in the quote I posted.

The only place where google has the password indexed is on this site.

I suspect many Web crawlers igmore that as much as I do, but it is a point. Isn't the referenced admin document headed for CH though?
Depends what we call 'public' I suppose.

I have seen before suggestions that platforms should allow lenders to gift their remaining (mainly under-performing loans) to charity to get out of the platform. It seems like something maybe some charities or platforms should look at. Lenders don't necessarily want to be stuck in platforms for years with not many repayments, charities can run the long game.

Yes, I know it seems strange. It is one option that we re looking at to deal with the fund holder being elderly and the Lendy administration likely to take many years. Transferring the holding to a younger family member might make sense.

what a thing to have to think about.of course we all expected the odd default here and there but mainly thought a 6/12 month loan was exactly that and with the reassurance of quality RICS valuations and the top class DD performed by highly experienced fintech people employed by the platforms and in the unlikely event of platform failure. of course they had us.what we got was BS,blatent lies,dishonesty,contempt and ripped off.that was just from the platforms i dont know where to start with the actual borrowers.now we are surrounded by administrators/legals/auctions/even ex directors of these platforms all fighting to get their hands on as much of the pot as they can.yes the vultures and hyenas are all out in force and there is not a lot we can do.
