Completely confident in the maths. Will need to copy Petrichory's screenshot as well to show the error. Petrichory is that ok with you - won't copy the coments etc. (I REALLY have got to understand this tagging thing as well.....) I've tried to help them out on errors before and they're not terribly receptive, maybe it's my over-aggressive manner!
To tag someone you can either insert an @ symbol before their username i.e. @ cthedog - make sure it is the username and not the display name in this case @ thedog  (no space between the @ and username) or you can use the  symbol in the posting menu, click on it and start typing the username in the box and it will bring up users - click to select.

Don't bother, I tried. The person who built their back end system has long since departed and the current employees don't know how it operates, let alone how to calculate the SM percentages. Running through the maths involved was teeth-pulling "computer says no" galore. Incidentally, they have more important things to do at the moment like "considering their position" on various projects, waiting for borrowers to never reply, for certain aloof gentlemen to recover from consumption in Spain and for their lenders to never find out the true extent of their flagrant misdeeds.
