I urge any unhappy lenders to give FC 1star on Trust Pilot. One of the many misleading things about FC is that they quote 4 stars on Trust Pilot but when you look this is mainly about very happy borrowers and very UNhappy lenders

Done, people must be made aware of what they are getting themselves into (and never out of).

Have to laugh at the 5* rating there today from a borrower - "The process to get the funding was shockingly simple"

A reminder for any unhappy lenders to give a 1 star review on Trust Pilot. Funding Circle appear to be encouraging borrowers to give 5 star reviews. Without irony a happy borrower has just written:
‘The process to get the funding was shockingly simple’
No better way to wind up a lender who’s returns have been eaten away by bad debt!

Done, however one might be shooting oneself in the foot, it's difficult enough to get your investment out now without encouraging a run on the platform

Done, however one might be shooting oneself in the foot, it's difficult enough to get your investment out now without encouraging a run on the platform Yep, I wondered about that too. On balance I came down on providing a warning to the diligent folks who make an effort to check out a company whilst selfishly thinking there won't be that many of them so I doubt I am undermining my own effort to get out.

I don't know the exact definition of a "run". But with the exit queue growing by one day for every two elapsed, and only being able to extract less than 50% in each selling cycle due to the "processing" con, I'd say were already pretty close to one.

I understand there are a lot of lenders not happy about the current performance of the return / time to withdraw fund and would not recommend FC to others. I am definitely not happy about current sale queue and wish there could me some room for improvement from FC.
Would leaving 1 star review on TP improve the sale queue, especially for the size of FC? I don't know if it is effective to raise an issue. I suppose the rating is subjective and there are many 1 stars left on TP for many companies even if there are no unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
Octopus Choice is ranked 13 out of 207 in the category Investment, probably the only platform at the moment with the highest TP rating, but would you invest there for 4% return?
