I'm the same, tried twice now. Still waiting for a reply. It's dependent upon the numbers of volunteers who have stepped forward in order to moderate fb. Predominantly, volunteers are focussing on research. I think the LAG would be happy to continue to receive offers of help. There are currently no outstanding requests from anyone on either FB or the website who have answered the questions in full. Please check as you are probably already approved. Any issues PM me.

Yes more than 700 have joined. After an initial burst things have naturally quietened down while we await the administrators proposals in 2 weeks that will clarify a lot of things in regards to how investors will be treated. Not much new ground can be covered until then... things will definitely ramp up once they are published.

Hi All, Great job from LAG that the website is finally up and running. Now if I recalled the objectives of LAG, two of them being to seek potential opportunities and to work collectively to recover our investments.
Please I urge that we must remove Administrator out of Lendy ASAP. Lendy is just a business failure, due to incompetence of Lie*Brooke*, simple as that. I strongly believe that there is future for P2P industry but one must continue to innovate the P2P concept.
I trust LAG should take over Lendy and make it either a viable business going forward, or either with the eventual objective of orderly wind-down (which to me is much better than using Administrator).
When will LAG be organised into a proper business-like organisation with leaders, committee members, funds and pledges, etc. to represent investors? LAG have over 700 members and should be a very powerful group to achieve things that Collateral-era can only dream of. There should be more Lendy investors who are not aware of LAG. If there is enough investors, I imagine that propping up lendy is quite easy.
We must prevent Collateral-BDO event to ever repeat with Lendy again. This should be the mandate of LAG.
The proponents of LAG must prepare to commit full-time and efforts into this Lendy episode.
I would like to know what features will I get from LAG account (when I login to LAG)?

By the way, if I commit myself full time to recovery of my Lendy investment I'd need to be paid as I need a roof over my head and food on the table.

Whilst we are flattered, the LAG is a social action / campaigning group and won't be taking over Lendy. We don't have the necessary skills, qualifications or experience to manage hundreds of millions of pounds of third-party investor capital, but then again, I guess that didn't stop Lendy either. I have personally already been committed to LAG full-time for the past 6 weeks (ask my wife) but I already have my own business that has been fairly neglected lately so I'll be working on that and sticking to what I know. Everyone working on LAG are volunteers but we'll still be working hard to get the best possible result. In terms of features on the LAG website, apart from magical unicorns falling from the sky as soon as you login, there is a calendar, wiki, documents repository, news section, chat etc. Feel free to sign up and have a look around. If you hate it just ask us for a refund!

Yes, you will be paid but your rate will be much lower than Administrator.

ss5678 some dude once said "Ask not what the Lendy Action Group can do for you, but what you can do for it" Why don't you start off by pledging £10k to kick off the fund that LAG will need to achieve your aims? Monetus and ptr120 are so negative, of course LAG could achieve these aims. Easiest would be to raise a few million and buy Lendy out of administration (letting LB off the hook, some money might even go to him..). Failing that I'm sure ss5678 has a friend who after university trained as a chartered accountant then once qualified took more exams to become an insolvency practitioner, and despite having passed exams every year from the age of 16 to about 28 will do him a favour of a free administration. ss5678 with then use his own ~£100k to petition the court to replace RSM with his friend - good chance of winning if friend is qualified and doing it for free.

Feel free to sign up and have a look around. If you hate it just ask us for a refund! As I understand it, people who've tried that get rejected - there does not appear to be a "sign up and have a look around, then fill in personal profile details if you want to stay" option.
Demanding a refund of the cost of submitting personal details seems potentially problematic...

For anyone concerned about privacy the only person who has access to your personal data is me. You have my word that it will never be shared/sold/spammed or used for any other purpose other than LAG. If you sign up and later decide LAG isn't for you just PM/email me and I will delete your account in full (and all data provided) no questions asked. This is a basic GDPR requirement anyway - "the right to erasure/right to be forgotten" - and I can assure you that I certainly can't afford a €10 million fine. When you sign up to the site the only thing visible to other members is "username" so as long as you enter something unique (not your email or name obviously) then other people on the site won't know who you are. The rest of your profile is private.

It is not within the gift of LAG to remove the administrators of Lendy & related. It was for the directors of Lendy/SS as a related group of limited companies to call the move to administration within the overall legal framework of the Insolvency Act (1986 and Enterprise Act 2002). They were responsible for appointing the administrators. The primary goal of the administrators is to repay the debts and avoid a disorderly liquidation. Where you have a fully operational business ( eg. Pattissere Valerie) the first 'port of call' is to try to sell the business ( or parts there of) as a going concern and if not achievable, to then maximise the returns to stakeholders and creditors.
It is unlikely that Lendy could be classified as a such a business. Administration had already been activated .You would have to satisfy the administrators that you (LAG) had the financial backing to buy the loan book and the expertise to either achieve viable completions or secure a better return than they could --ie. a better return for stakeholders and creditors.
LAG is a very welcome lender action group fighting for a decent result for lenders, it clearly cannot take on that level of exposure and simply would not be allowed to do so.
