Can anyone tell me how long it takes for approval of membership for the LAG Facebook group please? I just get a message saying my membership is pending.
Like others on here I have not been able to get the LAG website up and have not been a regular user of FB so have been unable to see what (if any) progress is being made by LAG. It would indeed be a shame if the website is no more.
Any advice would be appreciated please.

If the website was hosted/managed by Monetus then it may have ceased permanently:

Thank you for the heads up about the website. It would still be good to have an idea of how long I need to wait for the FB authorisation if anybody could enlighten me please?

There’s currently no outstanding requests for the Facebook group. So you’re either in or out. Sometimes Facebook doesn’t tell you that you have gained membership, you just have to try to go to the group and see if you get in so that’s worth a try.

Thanks for that but this is what I am getting when I try to login: View AttachmentActually (blush) it looks like there are currently 8 pending membership requests. None of them have answered all three of the membership questions. If the questions are left unanswered, we generally leave it for a week to see if prospective members try to answer again. I think Facebook is supposed to prompt people to answer them occasionally. After a week, they are rejected by the moderators. Perhaps try to answer the questions again directly or cancel the join request then request to join again and answer the questions straight away.

From Lisa on LAG Facebook: Hello everyone, it's finally time. Tomorrow (Monday, 28/6) we will be in the Birmingham High Court for the waterfall case hearing. The case is scheduled to run a maximum of 5 days. It's unlikely that the judge will give a judgement immediately, although we are hopeful that they will render it quickly. We remain confident in our position and are quite optimistic that we have prepared for this case to the best of our ability. Thank you to everyone who has contributed their time and support throughout this process. I will update once a verdict has been reached.

lets hope the judge sees this case for exactly what it is.unfair T&Cs that should have been declared null and void by the FCA a very long time ago without things having to go this far.LENDY built on lies, deceit, fraud misrepresentation for directors personal gains with total disregard of their legal duties and FCA rules to protect lenders interests.how can lenders funds belong to lendy in administration via fees, interest.default interest, exit fees, lendy entitlement and whatever else.all before lenders see a penny of what is left of their capital. cmon your honor set a precedent here and make these fintech firms realise that they will not get away with this changing T&Cs willy nilly to their major financial advantage and to the detriment of thousands of ordinary people who trusted them and the FCA to act with integrity, honesty, and the rest of the BS that convinced us to lend our funds.

unfair T&Cs that should have been declared null and void by the FCA a very long time ago without things having to go this far You assume the FCA weren't fully aware of the unfair T+C's!
Incoming bombshell!!!

From Lisa on Facebook: The hearing is now over and the judge has suggested a 6-12 week wait for his decision. Overall, I am pleased with the case we have presented and believe our counsel has done a good job. For those of you who have followed this saga, you will know that the complexity of the legal system put us in a position to place some issues on the back burner and to acknowledge certain arguments would need to get sacrificed to win in the end. The result here is we could not represent M1 investors the way would have liked and further, we agreed to defer certain issues that I might have liked to include. In any event, I'm still feeling positive and look forward to a favorable outcome

If not, do you know when will be the hearing for this case?

The case addressed various points that are disputed in relation to the distribution of recoveries. Lendy's 3% fees taken on each recovery
