Loan amount: £300,000.00 LTV: 23.0769% Repaid early. I don't see any cash added to account, so presumably those funds have been re-distributed to other loans. Or will that all happen at 12:00 today?

Tbh, I don't have any idea when the loan was repaid. But it's good to know the platform itself have at least one borrower repays early and the autoinvest works.

Hi Greenwood2 yes that is correct, all funds repaid are automatically re-allocated across the loanbook and diversified into new loans that are added

The upcoming loans seem generally much larger than the initial offerings, a step change I am not sure I am comfortable with. I have been perfectly happy with the platform to date, however with an effective rate reduction imminent in my case (as an early adopter) would appreciate your comments on this. I accept large loans are not necessarily any different to small and medium, but historically have been far more problematic in the P2P arena.

Hi Badly Drawn Stickman if we have understood your question correctly, we do limit the size of new loans so that they do not comprise too large a part of the loanbook. The largest loan currently is £400,000 and this would be the maximum on any loan for a while until the loanbook is of a higher overall size. We are very conscious of diversification levels and we expect that to increase substantially over time. We have just reviewed the upcoming loans section and note there was an old loan of £600,000 still showing in error – which has now been removed.
