ReBS has made full recovery of capital and all interest for this loan:

Dear Lender,
I am writing with an update regarding your loan with P * * B******g S******s Limited.
The sale of the property over which we hold a legal charge has now been completed.
This has resulted in the receipt of a full recovery of all outstanding capital and interest.
We have today distributed this to you as a single redemption payment and a separate payment accounting for the interest for the overdue months.
All of your capital outstanding has now been repaid and interest has been distributed, including for the period in default.
We have now marked the loan as fully repaid and liaised with the seller's solicitors to mark the security we hold as discharged.
