I cleared my cookies when I had a problem with another site and when I tried to log to AC in I was sent a text message. But nightmare my phone was charging in the next room and I had to walk 7 or 8 metres to it. And then the same back again!
But it gets worse: in my panic at trying to remember six digits as I walked the 8 or so metres back I forgot to tick the little box, so I will have to go through this all again later in the week. How unfair life is...

The other P2P platforms don't have 2FA on top of other security steps and I'm not sure why AC insist on making matters as inconvenient as possible for investors.
Not used it yet: how does it work? So do you have to 2FA every time you make a withdrawal? Is it by getting a text message on your phone.

The other P2P platforms don't have 2FA on top of other security steps and I'm not sure why AC insist on making matters as inconvenient as possible for investors. RS do, it is optional, but it is broken. They sent me a text once 5 years ago and I still type the same number every time I login. I think that the AC implementation is almost perfect. Entering it on change of contact details and withdrawals is fantastic. I used to have a lot more in AC and I did worry about security. (I have less in AC now as I am drifting away from P2P.)

Mostly cash, mainly because I think that storm clouds are on the horizon, and partly because I might need some money for a business venture.

I forgot to do my 2018 tax return (!). Now I'm in 2FA hell as I can't access my 2FA mobile phone so I'm locked out of my Assetz account when I need to access it super urgently   " src="//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/superangry.png">.
I wish they had thought this through as ultimately it will likely be a big factor in their demise.

If you're this late already with your tax return, it can wait until Monday when you can call AC. One more day won't make a difference!
