My Available Funds has been creeping up recently and I am unable to tweak my AutoInvest settings because the "Loans that meet your criteria" list does not appear and has not done so for several weeks. I have raised it with support and they say they are working on it, but it seems to be taking an inordinate time to fix. Has anybody had any feedback from them on this?

Mintos is withdrawing investment for the UK investors "temporarily", so UK investors' pal AutoInvest is going to long vacation while others investors have not been affected.

I've also had a lot of cash drag recently, despite withdrawing 5,000 euros a few weeks ago to other platforms. I can only guess that their new product is eating up all the decent loans before auto invest gets a look. I have invested a small amount into Invest & Access but the average term is 24 months which is much longer than I would usually invest for. If this continues I'll be moving more funds to other platforms, yesterday I had 1,800 euros sitting there doing nothing, today 2,300 euros. My auto invest strategies go down as far as 11% and even this isn't reaching its portfolio target. The loan counter not working is a real pain as well. I do have a 10% strategy which I paused a few months ago, could reactivate it but seems pointless when I can get 12/13% on other platforms with no cash drag.

I have AutoInvest setup for a selection of loans but haven't "catched" anything lately as I have a set "tight" of criteria. I don't mind self-select loans as the dynamic of the market varies quite often and I probably need dynamic AutoInvest strategies.
The Invest & Access average interest rate is going up every day, now is 12.72%.

Honestly I'm 100% against these x% strategies. Never worked well for me. I remember clearly a strategy that should've picked up a, let's say, rare occurence of a 10% IR loan but instead wasted it on a 9% one, not fulfilling it in the end (made up numbers). Another thing I've noticed is that those percentage based portfolios assume you want to invest into every company. Well, a chunk of the companies in Mintos have no available loans right now, but they have a x% on the portfolio that can't be replaced by another company. That should also make it look like Autoinvest isn't investing.
I assume you know the companies already, if not, spend a little time looking at those that you have already invested in and create individual profiles, ranking them by interest rate, for example. That way you won't have problems filling up your portfolio. This was the best way I found to run this on a semi automatic pilot. Still annoys me that it takes several hours for the autoinvest to work after the nighly release of funds, but that's just what you have to deal with.
Regarding I&A, honestly, even if you only invest into companies with proven track records, you can easily surpass those measily 13%. I mean, Banknote, Mogo, Capital Service, Creditstar, they're all paying well above 14%, why even bother with those shitty 6% agrocredit? Like Buffet says, diversification is a tool for the fool, it's not needed if you know where you're investing (smth along those lines)

Completly out of tune with the main UI design, makes me scroll more to see the same amount of info. And, as always, the UX is also worse. Now I have to do 2 clicks to activate/deactivate a profile. Thanks Obama.
