UOWN are raising £105,000 from the crowd for the refurbishment and fit out of three properties. These two-bedroom properties will have basement refurbishments to increase the number of bedrooms, as well as renovations of the upper floors. The properties will be sold to the family and investment markets, and profits from the sales will be split between UOWN investors and the developer. The projected return to investors in this project is 14.1%.
Building works are due to commence, and will take approximately 3 months to complete. After which the properties will be sold, we are estimating 8 months to complete the sales, giving this opportunity a total investment term of 11 months.
