Hi All, I'm one of the developers working for Assetz Capital on various aspects of the site including the frontend. Hopefully I can answer some of your queries and resolve any issues we uncover. spockie please can you confirm in what way your three bids don't look the same and I'll take a look into it. oldgrumpy please can you PM me the email address you login into Assetz Capital with so I can look into the bids issue you describe? Can you confirm you are looking in the "Reports" > "Your Bids" > "Live Bids" / "Accepted Bids" sections? Ton ⓉⓞⓃ these dates are meant to signify the days a step to drawdown was completed. This section is meant to be a list of items which need to happen before drawdown occurs. It looks as if this facility is being used incorrectly by the loan admins. Can you let me know which Loan this was on and I'll raise it with the admin team. Thanks |

All three appear on the coming soon list, and all three are loans where I had placed normal bids prior to the website change. for one loan, the plumbing one, I have a target that matches my original bid but (obviously) no holding for the other two, I have no target and no holding. i would have expected that all three would look the same.

Live Bids and Accepted Bids has been replaced by Your bids....with nothing in it.  Attachments:

spockie it sounds like you had an Auto-Invest target on one of the loans before the new site went live. Auto-Invest targets were converted to Manual Targets for the new site. I don't believe prebids / shadowbids were converted to targets but chris may be able to clarify this.

Chris is probably the best bet for getting things to me quickly as we work in the same department.

In the meantime, I'd suggest that you don't provide Colin any personal information such as email addresses until we get him verified (No disrespect to you intended Colin if you are genuine).

Glad we got there. We're planing to improve the way new changes are communicated in the future for these kind of user interface changes.
