Would really like to see implementation of Google Authenticator. Considering the sums of money at stake, single factor authentication results in sleepless nights (yes yes you check withdrawal requests for suspicious activity blah blah I know the line but I don't trust lazy humans). Two factor authentication will be live in Q1. Looking at Google Authenticator as one option.

chris - could AC consider a slight re-name of the product statement csv/xls files so I can tell which product they relate to? e.g. - export_product_statement_1_2014_12_18_19_13_34.csv export_product_statement_3_2014_12_09_19_58_15.csv 1 = MLIA, 3 = GEIA, using the same product numbers as the export_statement files best regards Dave chris - given the launch of the new fund, do you mind if I bump this request? Dave Will remind the team but have some higher priority features we're working on first. It's not a big job though so we'll try and squeeze it in sooner rather than later.

The "awaiting investment" amount seems to have disappeared off the Dashboard.
Instead of this new account wouldn't it have been simpler just to pay the 3.75% on the awaiting investment amount.
Preferred the Target column to the Your Instruction column
In other words what a mess.

We can't pay interest on uninvested funds as that's a breach of our FCA permissions. Making this account and making it compliant has been an interesting exercise.

In other words what a mess. It's a dog's breakfast. That is if your dog's scoffed a bumper pack of Cadbury's Buttons and then regurgitated it all over the kitchen floor before paddling it all round the house. I assumed, quite naturally in my opinion, that "Invest Up To...." means 'Invest Up To' and so went through all my investments and set my targets accordingly, but no no no "Invest Up To...." doesn't in fact mean 'Invest Up To' it means 'Buy More Of'. Now I've got to try and sell what I've just bought and set my targets yet again. So no Skippy, 'mess' doesn't even come close. Assetz Capital remind me of a car enthusiast with his pride and joy, a lovely new shiny sports car, but he's forever tinkering with it trying to improve performance so as a result it spends more time inside his garage with the bonnet up than it does on the road. Saving Stream here we come.

The wording of the new "Buy" instruction threw me the same way. Until I noticed that "Holding £199.98" "Buy £0.02" had appeared (spirited in from the old platform, not by me). Ah. So *that's* what "Buy £200" looks like. I'm just going to let the things amortize from now on, like they used to, I'm not going to keep re-inserting instructions to top it back up! Was just about to go back and undo them when the site imploded, everything was rolled back, causing much spreadsheet repairing. At least the relaunched site (take 2) had "fortunately" lost all the targets instructions I'd set wrongly. chris: "Your Total Investment" is not including cash in the QAA (short by the same amount I moved there) -- it looks like the %ge pie chart also is ignoring the QAA. I'm glad the beta testing group got to oversee all these new changes before they went live, dead, live ...

mikeb Duane DibleyThat is exactly what I thought, and when I tried to invest "up to £9.25" it actually raised my target by £9.25 + my existing holding. Stupid, semi-ambiguous wording. AC should know better! Then the big "roll back" undid all my new settings, and anyway I'd realised before any damage was done.

Sorry, but your phraseology actually made me laugh, I must behave better, and respect the trials and tribulations of my fellow investors.!!!
