The Proplend website quotes the following for Autoinvest returns:
"5% p.a. Once invested, after fees, before bad debt & taxes"
Considering this is before bad debt and (obviously) taxes, this seems on the very low side, particularly when one factors in the true rate of inflation? What's your thoughts?
It also states:
"Auto-Lend’s 5% minimum (net) target rate is indicative only. Where auto-allocated investments earn more than 5% after fees, you will receive whatever they earn."
So I'm curious to know the rates that people are actually receiving as we current stand please?

I'm getting 6.7% before fees. 8 tranche A loans.

So I'm curious to know the rates that people are actually receiving as we current stand please? According to my "Dashboard", I'm getting 8% gross (so 7.2% net) on my Tranche-A loans all invested via Auto-Lend within the last year.

Expect the rates to vary (significantly) depending the type of Loan(s) and the Tranche allocated to the investor and the amount invested in each.
The lowest Tranche A loan rate offered 5.5% Gross and the highest Tranche A 11.5% Gross. The Highest Tranche C 23.5% Gross.
(Only Tranche A loans are allocated in Autolend and the others manually selected.)

I have 25 Tranche A loans, average rate 7.75% (minus 10% fees = 6.98%).
47 loans in total, average rate 9.33% (minus fees = 8.4%).
XIRR for the account is 7.37% (some selling fees @ 0.5%, cash drag and historically lower rates bring down the return).

If anybody else has got ROI percentages they're kindly willing to share for whichever tranche(s) that'd be useful for me and the community.

I have 14 loans 6 in Tranche C, 5 in B and 3 in A Gross Avg 14.68. I rebalance my portfolio to get the max interest for each tranche.
