I'm new to AC so please pardon my 'newbie' question, but how does one find forthcoming ("pipeline") loans that have information about them when you click through for details about them? The majority I check have next to no information and there aren't any due diligence documents in the "Documents" section.
Is there any way to receive alerts for loans one is interested in, when they flesh out their information pages, upload documents and/or are about to go live?
Otherwise it'd be an extremely time-consuming task manually checking on a regular basis if each of the loans one is interested have information about them added/uploaded and also when they are about to go live.
Thanks very much.

Under the Upcoming Loans tab there are two sections, and AC loans will move from the pipeline bit at the bottom to the top section Upcoming Loans called for underwriting where they will sit for a day or longer and there are usually documents to view at that point. There is one in that section currently #1082. That is where they will get a loan number too if they haven't already got one in the pipeline bit. Once they are ready to launch they will appear in the live loans section and they will go 'live' loan parts will appear on the market, and any orders should be fulfilled in part at least. So apart from keeping a broad watch on the pipeline for loans due to go live in the current month, that's the best place to check. Very occasionally loans will get pulled rather than go live but that is unusual once they're out for underwriting.
In Edit: If you have email notifications set up you should also receive an email just as the loan goes live.

It might be worth noting in this context that it isn't always essential to get your bid to participate in a loan before it goes live ... in many cases the loan is underwritten at this point, which means that retail punters can buy into the loan after the event. It might take a day or three, but you have an excellent chance of getting 100% of what you want at this stage.
And for development loans there is also the future tranche option - just leave your marker down and you'll pick up whatever you want as the loan stages are paid out by AC.

Has anyone else spotted that information documents that were on the upcoming loans has, in several cases, been removed and that a high number of opportunities now hive no useful data for in depth analysis?
Looks like a change in how the section operates that makes it pointless for due dilligence. Maybe it's an unforseen consequence of other actions on viewing documents that Assetz have taken.

Yes on both accounts. For example, #802, the potential refinance of Lendy PBL193, was withdrawn due to last minute DD, see p2pindependentforum.com/post/283951/thread. The loan neither appears in the pipeline or loan section (https://investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/loans/view/7821 or investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/loans/view-pipeline/7821) anymore. Sometimes loan details are removed but they remain in the pipeline. An example of this is loan ID (not loan #) 4905. It can be found in the pipeline (https://investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/loans/view-pipeline/4905) but no longer in the loan section (https://investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/loans/view/4905).
