Lots of discussion over the previous few months on the change in ownership but I thought the management was largely in tact?
I see the terms ownership/management being used interchangeably but do we actually know the day to day management has changed hands? This would appear to be supported by the fact we appear to be seeing tweaks rather than wholesale changes. Anyone have any information either way?

Old management have little voting rights left. Several new staff have been brought onboard in the last few weeks. Many tweaks are happening whilst FS sorts out the old loan book, a time-consuming chore at best that just cannot be speeded up due to legal and administrative processes involved. Several new plans in line for the future. Finance is available for the “new” FS. For what it is worth, I have spoken personally to the team for hours over the past months. Conclusion, so far, I am satisfied they are doing the right things. FS is an oil tanker, it takes time to change direction, cannot be done speedily.

Thanks Mucho P2P , Of the old management... Richard Luxmore resigned as director on 31 Jan 2018 and is no longer with the business. Nigel Hackett remains a director but with greatly reduced shareholding/voting rights. New management... Rajinder Kumar - lead investor and Executive Director according to the about us page Vijay Ghandi - board member Carl Davies - "As a seasoned property investment professional and Executive Director of FundingSecure, Carl's main focus is on the delivery of streamlined operations, and the positive evolution of the platform's functionality, user journeys and customer experience." From your post then we can say that Nigel Hackett is no longer part of the management having been replaced by Carl Davies. Nearly 10 months have passed since Carl Davies took over the management which is more than enough time for the handover from Nigel Hackett. Is this a fair reflection, or have additional members been brought in to the management team, and if so who are they? Platform DD has never been more important. |
