Hi all, I just joined Ablrate. How often do new loans appear? I joined Saving Stream recently, but got a bit frustrated there due to the lack of new loans (especially in the boats niche). Also how quickly do Ablrate loans get fully funded? I'm also in Funding Secure and you gotta be very quick to get in on new loans there  . I'm not too worried if there aren't a huge number of loans appearing on Ablrate, but it's frustrating when loans fill up in less than an hour (like they do on Funding Secure) and you missed out on the opportunity to buy in. |

Hi brettb, and welcome to Ablrate.. We launched in July and have been slowly developing the platform. We are a little different from most in that our niche in aircraft and capital equipment requires large amounts of funds so we have a large pipeline of business. As of now we will be increasing the loan frequency and will be placing about three per month some will be smaller, some quite large. We tend to run our loans over 1 month, but as we increase our number of lenders and the amount of money we are able to place into loans this time period will reduce. We have brought in an 'Instant Returns' feature on some loans on the platform, which means that you begin earning interest as soon as you bid on the loan (and that loan will definitely be drawn down, in full or part). We also give our lending members a heads up on any new loans.... we will be posting a new one soon.... Regards Ablrate

Also if you are about to increase advertising you do need loans on offer either on primary or secondary market for new recruits to buy.

Two are ATR's, there is another Cessna ready to go and we are looking at a helicopter deal. There are a few more Capital Equipment deals, one being a media business which looks good, and there will be a different category soon that we are negotiating with a sponsor. Basically as of February you will see many more loans coming on regularly onto the primary market which will allow diversification. Regards Ablrate

2 x Cessna Caravan
1 X Twin Otter (also affectionately known as the 'Twotter')
Hopefully have the first one up in the next few days.... with the rest to follow.
