Do you co-invest as a company or as individuals?
Do you trade on the SM? In particular sell on the SM? Is it you selling the many loans on the SM with Buyback Guarantee at 5pc?

The company does not co-invest on loans. Some staff have small personal accounts. There are a variety of HNW lenders using the Buyback Guarantee feature to maximise returns. The terms are vendor agnostic. I look forward to the day the trust is reestablished, until then I'll keep working on it.

Is there a change of policy? as today a loan bid has been made for £3000 in the name of rebuilding society admin. Personally I would be happy to see REBS with "Skin in the game".

If you do (yes please) then I would like to add 1 that we are informed before bidding including the amount (or at least a percentage of the arrangement fee). I would be reassured by your commitment to lend, but if it was a measly £100 and you didn't say then I would feel cheated
2 that you commit to keeping to term. Otherwise it would look like insider trading
