Whilst there is no loan update page as yet on AC's, it might be useful to ahve a dedicated thread to this subject rather than trawl through individual loans on here & post updates accordingly. There's been a couple of updates re: E-tric & Bolton BL.

There's been a couple of updates re: E-tric & Bolton BL. I think it would be a good idea for these to be in the 'Pink' section under the loan headings. Sure, it may be duplication on the part of AC but they sure would be easier to monitor IMO.

It would only take a few extra clicks when an update is added to the loan info to post it on a pink thread as well. Or even just to flag up that there's been an update on loan y so you can go and have a look. I think something was in the pipeline for an 'on site' notification, but in the meantime there's no harm in asking... tagging davidricketts1 - Hi Dave

How about (if I remember) I just put the restricted name of the loan in this thread when I've done some sort of update (whether via email or on the site). Then people can look it up and discuss in the appropriate place.
To that end, drawdown updates for
D****t P*****ty Wo**s P*****ty M******s E*********g
will be up on the website in the next half an hour or so.
I also did a payment update on C* L*****e yesterday - also on the website.

Thanks David. I would also like to see a single updates document, presumably in the pink board, which lists the current state of play for all of the loans that have passed their original redemption date. Ideally to be updated weekly in a similar way to Ton's excellent work on drawdowns.

Ideally to be updated weekly in a similar way to Ton's excellent work on drawdowns. What would be better would be if this was provided by the system automatically. This will mean less administrative effort and avoid forgetting to up date it here. Hopefully chris can consider this when things quieten down.
edit- and make the info available to the 4000 lenders who don't use the forum.

What I would find useful is a 'traffic light' indicator on the loans listings:
i.e. Green - everything OK all payment made and/or repayment (almost) due and totally assured, amber - payment missed but likely to be back in the green and/or repayment overdue but totally assured red - significant problems . . .
I done this manually yesterday for my list of loans, I had to visit each and every loan page. (And worryingly : 10 out of about 30 were red !!!)

S****bridge Development (loan no.56) We still have no update on content of the MS report from the visit scheduled for w/c 6th Oct. There's a Q (25/Oct) and A (27/Oct) on this. That implies that there should be more info available shortly.

Does the fact that the larger version of SCP&MS that was supposed to replace #99 has failed to appear on the list of Loans Coming Soon mean that AC are having trouble finding underwriters to support the replacement loan?
Does anyone have an alternative interpretation of this situation? It's now over a week since the system change and the replacement loan disappearing from view.
Part of the reason I ask is that there were some parts of #99 on the Aftermarket earlier today, and I hesitated buying them because I hadn't a clue what I might be letting myself in for if I had acquired some of them.
