davidricketts1 What is happening with #39. Last update on 16/10 said AC would be making frequent contact with the borrower - 3 weeks is not frequent?

There's more recent stuff on Q & A but it all looks like the borrower continuing delaying payment whatever his misfortunes - I'm just waiting for the next "unfortunately". .... and yes, I'd prefer AC staff not to misuse the word "revert" just because the Americans have, and now think it is "cool" to use it that way! Come to think of it (my third thought today!!!) isn't it about time the misused word "cool" is replaced by something ..... cooler? It has been in misuse for many years now!

That one is looked after by my colleague in London.
I think she had meetings yesterday afternoon meaning the votes won't get counted until this morning. I have a meeting first thing but will give her a shout if I've seen nothing when I'm back at about 10.30.
