... there was a second update yesterday on #68 CC L***** + Q&A - promises of funds arriving shortly Sounds an awful lot like "jam tomorrow", I'm afraid. I'll be most grateful if it arrives, but I'll not be too surprised if it doesn't. In short, I'll believe it when I see the credit to my account -- and not a minute before.

update on ippy 129 and lpa receiver reports loaded to docs section Makes for interesting reading. I think appointing LPA receivers here has happened none-too-soon. Seems like the borrower has let things slip, somewhat. I can see what AC mean about the wildly differing valuations for differing strategies.

Update on #78 W******* Dev confirming the facility reduction, though as yet (2hrs later) nothing actually seems to have changed. Have they forgotten to push a button again?

Still no sign of any payment or change to the loan. Wondering whether this is another case of the money having to be requested from the old account, and the mysterious G**** Th*****n is proving elusive again. Not sure why an update was provided confirming something that doesnt appear to have happened. Seems like a case of putting the cart before the horse. In the meantime, payment will either randomly appear or we'll have to chase it Mon. Place your bets.

Still no sign of any payment or change to the loan. Not entirely true: There has been no giving-back-of-capital on this loan, but the reducing-of-rate-of-accrued-interest went off straight away. That's why this loan has stood out as being a bit behind the others -- interest is accruing at the amount your holding *should* be, if the capital had returned. Which it hasn't. I'm guessing it's a job for Monday.

Hmm, so the accrued interest is therefore wrong as they havent repaid the capital they should be paying interest on the old amount not the reduced amount, otherwise investors will potentially be losing out as they could have reinvested those funds in other loans.

Capital has now been paid and according to their response on the Q&A accrued interest should have been adjusted to reflect the delay. mikeb as your records are probably more accurate than my maths are you able to verify this? Mine doesnt appear to have changed but thats just from memory which these days has a close affinity with that of a goldfish

The advice I got was that providing I moved the due date of the repayment to today (which I did) then the system would automatically update the accrued interest.
This may take overnight to take effect.....
