My AC investments are going backwards at the moment, and not by choice. Never mimd; AC's loss is SS / MT / FS / AR / LC's gain

I've been doing that for 18 months, but today the straw came and I've decided to start pulling stuff out as and when. I really hope AC improves every which way, I'll return when (if?) it does, but in the interim.....

Just spotted a sliver of silver, #74's (Sp****n) just been extended for yet another month. What's the betting that also confounds AC's predictions though? .

AC report that the borrower is "frustrated" by the refinancing delays. I'm not surprised. If I was paying 18% while waiting for the appropriate people to do their job I'd be livid!

Loan #82 (Cov. Serviced Office) early redemeption has been credited to our accounts in the last hour
Loan #120 (Dorset Dev) the remaining £74k is likely to be refinanced internally (with an increase in loan size + security) but will likely miss the 4th Nov maturity date
Loan #169 (Stockport L2L) may be redeemed by end of Nov. (currently 5 months into a 60 month term)

Loan #169 (Stockport L2L) may be redeemed by end of Nov. (currently 5 months into a 60 month term) Does this suggest that the borrower can get a 75% LTV BtL loan for less than 6.5%? Wow!!

You need to factor in AC fees/margin - so less than 7.5%, say - yes - I'd say it was not that hard to come by on the high street. Edit: also possible the borrower is putting down a larger deposit to reduce the LTV and hence get a better deal too.
