#150 Ptech - expecting to redeem imminently and last (missed) payment to be included in that Borrower plans to repay early and unilaterally decides that he doesn't need to make any further interest payments in the interim. Is he taking the p*ss or what? Bring on the default interest

Bring on the default interest Not the first and there are a few others I can think off that are further along in the taking the piss on promises/repayments stakes without AC seeming to be too fussed. Apart from the usual suspects, #26 roman printer springs to mind- consistently late though usually within the grace period (just) but currently 3+ weeks late, default interest might be applied. Cant say I blame em if they can get away with it why not

I "cannot" think of anything in common between these two things but I can think of something different. The horse's by product can be used as a fertiliser or to grow mushrooms. A default interest cannot (practically useless in these cases).

#68 CCL now redeemed in full, lenders to be credited this evening Well done to AC for navigating this one to a full and successful recovery. This was my AC toedipper so nice that it turned out alright in the end (in fact within original term and with some bonus interest along the way)

There's an update on #86 that people might want to take a look at. In essence, the properties didnt sell, the borrower hasnt offered any proposals & next step is probably Insolvency (Scottish equivalent of LPA), vote coming

In other threads we've been talking about #206 & 207 which is nice. But I think 208 is due to be suspended if the first payment is not made by today.

Indeed, 208 is a little depressing to have slipped the first payment by so much. I am still hopeful this is just a screw-up rather than a real concern. I'm not panicking, though - security seems OK. I'd still like to see AC include a mostly-completed standing order form when they send the borrower initial paperwork. It's all too common for first payments to be late.
