#226 drawdown has slipped quietly into next week #228 and #229 don't seem to have drawn down either, despite the estimate remaining at 5/Feb. What's the chance that they actually did draw down and AC have decided to delay the allocation to investors until after midnight so that the QAA can earn an extra few pence of interest?

My allocations for #228 and #229 hit my statement at 2027 and 2030 this evening. I got all I asked for, but that's no surprise because I asked for next to nothing.

Did anyone here put in a buying instruction big enough to be limited by the maximum allocation for either of these loans? If so, would you mind telling us what the maximum allocations were? I see that there now are notes on these loans saying that 50% of each of them was allocated to MLIAs. Did anyone notice when those notes appeared?

Got my full instruction for £3k on each, so max must have been above that. I'd imagine the low yield kept people away.

My favourite AC update of all time on loan 150 today... I'll quote the best part: ...(DAVE: I haven’t). Part way down, another nice part: ...(DAVE: I haven’t). Both seem to refer to documents which AC have received and are going to share with us. I wonder if DAVE is davidricketts1 ? Either way, to be fair to AC, I suspect that this will be resolved shortly. It did make me chuckle though.

My fault. My colleague who does these likes to remind me that she hasn't uploaded the documents. I usually remember to delete said reminders but am rather stressed today.
Thanks for pointing it out jonah - I'll attend to it now.
Having thought about it, I think I was that stressed I forgot to upload the docs in question so I'd better do that as well.

#26 has finally paid last months payment, a month late. Was thinking of suggesting they remove the 7 day grace period banner on this one as it's clearly grossly misleading. Have to wait and seee how long it takes for Feb payment to be made

Just been rummaging through today's updates.
Do my eyes deceive me, or are there 2 wind turbines producing more electricity than planned?

Just been rummaging through today's updates. Do my eyes deceive me, or are there 2 wind turbines producing more electricity than planned? Yes, unusually positive news there. Compares with some others which are only generating 40% of target. Given the storms this winter, you'd think they'd all be hitting 100%+ target! :-)

(But with the prolonged zonal weather we've had for the best part of a year one does expect wind turbines to be producing above predicted values.)

Dont seem to have had any direct communication on this, email etc, but #163 P**** P**** has been suspended for 48hrs due to a minor covenant breach and all investment instructions disabled to allow lenders to read info. Covenant has been waived and borrower has explained reason - trading business moved premises - so not considered an issue by AC

There was an email about the LTV of one of the upcoming loans being tweaked, in case I wanted to reset my target It confused me for a while as it didn't have a loan number, but as there isn't one assigned I guess that makes sense Anyway C*** P**** L**** (G*** D****) is the one to tweak if you feel it is appropriate.
