could you also consider updating 35 and 83 please? There's an answer on the Q&A on 83 hendragon. I've kicked the borrower (again) this morning.
I'll try and sort 35 today although progress is slow and not much to tell hence the lack of an update. I'll hold my hands up and say I'm struggling to keep track of all the updates so will try and allocate some time later this week to see where I'm up to with them all.

There was an update on 132 last night. Yet more delays from introducer/borrower.

Just an idea; is it possible to slip into conversation when talking to our recalcitrant borrowers before negotiations start that you been rushed off your feet dealing with votes and calling in LPA Receivers. Anything to concentrate the mind of a borrower/introducer, perhaps flexing our muscles in one case might have an effect in others.
