Anybody having this problem? I log in (with 2FA), from the home page click "Investments" and from there "Access your money" and... I get logged out. Page says "You've signed out", even though that's clearly not what I was trying to do. I've made repeated attempts now, always with the same result.

I made a successful withdrawal this week. 2FA active. Firefox, W10. Hope that helps.

I thought the 2FA was mandatory, I wish I hadn't set it up if I'm honest I'm filling up my mobiles memory with the amount of times I have to go through 2FA - I'm using text and wish I hadn't. Mrs Aju and myself use the same PC for our accounts and if we do not logout after a distraction and then the other one of us tries to login we get thrown out as logging out and have to go through login all over again despite have used the logout menu item and getting you have logged out screen. I've reported it to Zopa and given them a few scenarios but I reckon they are using local cookie tokens and timers that don't age the cookies correctly. Its a real pain though. (Don't get same with RS but sadly there are other bigger issues there coming soon! - see RS threads)

Just re-read this after detailing my own experience above. You don't by change leave you access up and then come back after its timed out on another screen (>10 mins I think although Zopa pages don't tell you its signed out!) I've reported the login then logout syndrome I'm having with a shared PC but it may not be similar to your issue as I am sharing pc access with Mrs AJU and neither of us remembers to logout. I'm using latest chrome on windows 7 but to be honest its probably not relevant.

I don't think it's the same problem; I even tried opening a private browser window to make sure it has no old cookies or cached stuff. I tried on another computer and everything works fine there. Tried again on the first computer now and it still doesn't work. It's really weird. But the important thing is that I can access my money in one way or another.
