Experian search by Lendy Ltd dated 01/10/19:
Identification: Generic Check
Presumably A OK?
It means that they've actually managed to provide data to Experian in the right format and in a manner that properly matches the existing records for you...
Whether the result they got back was something that will satisfy them is something only they can answer.
Previous month's communication said "following the completion of these checks [...], those who initially pass, will receive a confirmation email from the Lendy Team"
Have Lendy/RSM actually sent such emails out to those who've detected a search, or are they still waiting for something else before they do that?
i.e. can I take their continued silence as an indication I'm in the 23% (which to be honest, seems likely, given it's such a high ratio, and there are "additional complications" with mine), or have they not emailed anyone yet?
sl75, I too have not been checked [yet], and have no idea why not. My details on Lendy registration (I have just double-checked) are the same as per bank, and the same as per credit agency. R**checks might be tiered as to amounts held at Lendy, or if people used several bank accounts to deposit/withdraw funds. I will report back once I see a check has be done on me.

Well I don't have the whole picture as I don't use Experien's services at all. However my check shouldn't really be any easier as I'm a residential customer (e.g. not business account) with a single bank account linked for paying in and receiving out funds. I've not received an email from them yet, so I expect it's just RSM being a bit slow.

Also verified . Soon I'll be able to rescue the £5.15 I have that is not sunk in loans and buy a small cod & chips on OAP Monday at our local 'chippie' !! It won't stretch to a tin of Vimto but you can't have everything..............

I imagine the 'verified' emails might be going out in batches, but, according to the RSM update on 4 th October – p2pindependentforum.com/post/349740/thread“In respect of the parties whose checks have not been completed members of the Lendy team will be contacting you over the next 14 days to request the additional information to complete the checks.” So no need to do anything until the 19 th October (the irony) unless you still haven’t heard anything by then I guess. Although whilst Parliament might be sitting you’ll probably have to wait until the 21 st October if you’re planning to phone RSM.

Anyone who has not received AML confirmation, please don't bother RSM until 19th October, as stated in the previous update (unless there is an update to say to do so earlier). We are paying them by the hour.
Let's encourage them to release information when it becomes available in the future, yes? We don't want this to be a stimulus for loads of people to give them more work to do, whining about why they have not received it yet.
(A big reason not to release information is to avoid having to answer questions about it.)

My wife got one. She invests personally. I, on the other hand, have not got one. I assume this is because I invest via a company. I will await the email requesting further information.
