Another oops. 8581 "This loan has been downgraded as it is due to be settled because of an error in the financials when the loan request was listed. The loan request will be re-listed in due course."Ah! Wondered what was happening there. I haven't seen any comments on FC this afternoon due to bad gateway errors. I'll copy the financials for comparison with the new loan. Thought it was ok for a 'B' so we'll see what happens next. John

... can't see the comments ... They won't load in the iframe at the bottom of the page, all bloomin' day "There was a problem loading your comments, load our servers up by refreshing again" ... Try going to "https://www.fundingcircle.com/lenders/summary/comments" in a new tab. I find this works for me when the frame won't load. Don't know why.

Probably because it bypasses some of the 'load Javascript which calls other Javascript which loads java data objects which ...' etc. etc. I think the website designers must have shares in servers, and / or telecom companies and ISPs. Really a simple LINK on the summary page which takes you directly to the comments (as a separate page) would be far preferable IMO. Right now those comments are being loaded (presumably created as well, at the server end), and then hidden, every time you visit the summary page .. 98% of the time I didn't want to see them (again) anyway.

Doesn't work for me either. I think the problem stems from the number of comments in your loanbook. When I look at the comments section for two other accounts that I monitor for family, they do load, although slowly. But they both have much smaller portfolios.

@doesntworkforme -- not sure why it doesn't. You need to be logged in to FC, I hope that was obvious I just tried it, and got a page called "iframe" "Recent Loan Comments There are comments for 74 loans you are currently exposed to. 41 are downgraded. More details" Very snappy ( < 2 seconds) Whereas reloading the FC summary page instead: 8 seconds for most of page, 6 more seconds for "Loading comments ...." and 17 more seconds for comments to actually load -- whereas for most of the day it's 404! or 502! or "There was a problem, please refresh".

41 are downgraded, mikeb! It must be like living in one of those zombie horror movies. I though that six was bad enough, if they all lurched towards me at once.
FC should provide free a counselling service for lenders exposed to 41 of them.

I think I might need certifying never mind counselling.

Ah, so you're the one diversified to 0.05% in any one loan then? 8>.

I would set Autobid and never look at the scary account. Each downgrade would hurt. I used to have nearly 200 businesses on the main account, but now only 54, with a max of 20% to one business. Notes on 7 of which 6 downgraded. Diversity criminal extraordinaire, and proud of it.

Wow, I didn't realise the scale of the suffering out there! I'm setting up a counselling service....are you suffering from zombie loans, loans that refuse to die but keep coming back to bite you? I've got experience, currently watching the box set of The Walking Dead with my youngest son. I'm A+ rated. Don't ask me any questions, I won't answer them. Give me your money.
