As mentioned over in the other place (yet to be admitted publicly by FC) the 'sold parts' report gives wrong answers for (at least) some of the older loan parts sold .. e.g.
1199126 Solar PV Installations 2228 A 0.3% [£0.04] £19.81 7.4% 18/04/2013 x
1324805 WORKING CAPITAL 2402 C 0.3% [£0.09] £40.21 9.1% 18/04/2013 x
1304930 Growth Cap Gov funded Training Co 2396 C 0.3% [£0.13] £60.40 9.3% 18/04/2013 x
1329579 Fuel Our Biomass Boilers 2435 B 0.3% [£0.09] £40.19 8.4% 18/04/2013 x
1326267 Exciting Expansion Opportunity 2391 B 0.3% [£0.03] £20.10 7.5% 19/04/2013 x
yep, 0.3% of £20 really isn't £0.04 guys and gals. The newer loan parts seem to report Ok, so maybe it is just a history issue - I haven't figured out where the break happens. The transaction report for the same period does have the right data (but of course only shows the part number, not the loan number or name). I discovered the error when trying to match up transaction records with sold parts, to try to figure out why my account doesn't reconcile ... seems like the sold parts and transactions reports don't reconcile either... beware! 8<.
Also (annoying) "sold parts" will only tell you about parts of 'live' loans .. a fact I didn't appreciate until quite recently (has it always been that way?). i.e. my yesterday sales of 8110 (sorry buyers!**) no longer happened, according to my sold parts report, although they were there at 09:00 this morning. Anything repaid, RBR, unsaleable, etc., gets deleted (more magic snowpake) from the sold parts reports. I'm sure there is a good reason for that, I just can't think of one.
** I'd apologise personally, but I no longer have the names!
(Well, OK, I might do, because everything is archived, backed up, shadowed, clouded, etc. etc. .. paranoid? Moi??)
