Question for MT..... if I have loans in default within my MT IFISA that obviously prevents them beong transfered at this point. However, do MT allow partial transfers out of ones MT IFISA as long as the loans are sold on the secondary market (or repaid) and being held as cash within the IFISA account? I'm assuming the answer must be yes, otherwise one loan in default would prevent any IFISA transfer out for potentially months or years due to the default(s).
I'd appreciate clarification.

There are some comments about this option in the "(FPAC1008) Non-asset backed West London REPAID" thread (page 20)
Contact MT directly?

Yes, if the funds are previous year subscriptions. No, if they are current year which can only be transferred out in full.
Section 10 MT IFISA terms

I've just been off and read section 10 in full. Now all need to do is get some of my loans redeemed...easier said than done it seems! I suspect ill have some defaults for a very long time (maybe forever) so that was the reason for my initial question.
