Is there any way to display find monitoring or suspended loans on ones own holdings other than trawling through the list and in the case of monitoring opening them?

Yeah, just download the spreadsheet of your holdings from whatever acc. you're interested in, and there's a suspended column to filter on.

Thanks for that but what about monitoring? That I can't help you with. I can't see an easy way to do it, but if there's a populated field somewhere with the data it's possible that one might be able to create a script similar to the one bg posts the results of here from time to time. If you have the 'mad skillz' that is. Even then, I'm not sure whether or not it'll be possible. I'm sure a more able technician will be along to advise. I'd be interested to know too.

I'm laughing as even your first bit of of spread sheets I cant do but suspended was easy to scroll. Will just have to work through and make a comment to at least identify them on the list.

Is there any way to display find monitoring or suspended loans on ones own holdings other than trawling through the list and in the case of monitoring opening them? The way I do it is to go though the loans (either all loans or just those that I am invested or interested in) and for those that are suspended I designate as 'not interested' in the 'add a note' section for each loan. You can then easily list these using the 'FILTER RESULTS' facility. For those loans that are 'Monitoring' you could use 'Potential' and similarly list using the 'FILTER RESULTS' facility. This initially is going to take some time, but once completed can be easily maintained. I have twice suggested to AC that 'Suspended' and 'Monitoring' should be added to the choices in the 'FILTER RESULTS' facility, but it has fallen on deaf ears.
