If RSM find it so difficult to send emails to particular investors, perhaps they should start sending physical mail regarding the AML checks instead. After all, this adminstration thing is serious and they've made us jump through hoops to get our own money back. Just a thought.

This gets even better, now I'm being told "I do not have a bank account to withdraw to" even though my account number has been saved and updated when they asked us to check months ago.
What a mess.

As no one else has posted anything in connection with withdrawals lately I thought I'd mention that I've just found out that a withdrawal from last Friday must've hit my bank account late yesterday afternoon. It was my first but won't be my last (being optimistic) since administration.

It was my first but won't be my last (being optimistic) since administration. My last withdrawal arrived today. It was my second. The pattern seems to be about 3-4 days from when request is made. I'm hoping there will be more of these drips in near future

I requested a withdrawal on Monday and received it late Wednesday afternoon. Is this a (recent) record?

I'm getting the feeling they're being batched up and processed on fixed days, perhaps just once a week? Would explain the "up to 5 days" bit.
I thought it all used to be manual.
