No, not yet. I thought I’d leave it til Tuesday (so two more banking days) and then contact them. I know we are all frustrated but probably better to not inundate them with unnecessary questions in my view. Rumour has it their email inbox notification is the ka-ching noise. I would not be surprised, answering an email is surely a £150 job. It would not surprise me! But yea, there's really no point asking them what is going on and using up their time, whatever will be will be.

If it's not in by the end of the day I'm going to email them, and if I don't get a response by next Tuesday I'm going to the offices in person.

Received a withdrawal confirmation email from Lendy yesterday afternoon and both my wife and my money is in our bank account. Everything as promised, just a couple of days late, so no problems.

I must have used TransferWise at some point and that was the cause of the unrecognised account issue.
So now they have asked me for a bank statement of my usual account(they told me what my usual account was) when that account was already verified.
Still, a little more work and billing possibility.

Are they still using transferwise by the way?

As an indication of where they've got to, my withdrawal was requested on the 6th and arrived in my bank account late yesterday / first thing today (12th)

In my car outside Branksmere House's driveway, no response to the door buzzer, the building looks empty with no lights on. Still no reply to AML docs sent 4 weeks ago, no response to the the withdrawal request made on the 31st Oct and all emails since have been ignored. Currently no MP in the area due to the GE so I've prepared a packet with a full review of RSM's activity here and heading for Newsquest's Daily Echo's offices in Eastleigh.

Does RSM operate from Branksmere House?

Should have popped round to LB for a cup of tea & a chat about sailing😁
