So, so far as far as the poll goes, nobody who has a company account has passed muster at the moment.

So, so far as far as the poll goes, nobody who has a company account has passed muster at the moment. It doesn't help when an account held by a limited company is tasked for the same identification documents as an individual, with seemingly no appreciation that a limited company is a legal entity, does not have a passport, and likely has bank account statements with only the trading address rather than the registered office address on them.
I have requested clarification after having to initiate contact having received no emails from Lendy/RSM since Lendy entered administration. I asked them to confirm if the account I manage has an email address registered to it. (I had previously emailed them twice, from the account's email address, stating that we are not receiving their investor emails but they just replied with irrelevant generic text.)
One of the instructions was: If you hold an account in the name of a business, partnership or limited company, please ensure the documents provided match your business address and companies house.
Which, I guess, should read: If you manage an account held by a business, partnership or limited company, please ensure the documents provided match the registered office address at Companies House.
But as the documents requested cannot exist, who knows?
I await clarification.

Hi. I emailed them and they said that they would accept a letter on headed paper from my accountant stating the reasons for the difference in addresses. In my case the company bank account address is my home address and the registered address of the company is the accountant's address. I hope that helps.

My company account also requires more info. Though as the account has zero accessible funds I can't be bothered. I had similar nonsense request with another P2P platform for which the account only remains open to receive some pittance on failed loans. Turned out that what they really wanted but were too incompetent to correctly ask for it was a) verification of my existence as a director (photo ID and proof of personal address and b) verification of the company bank account - both of which they already had and much of is available in public domain in any case. If and when there are any funds for withdrawal from Lendy that's what I will supply unless advised otherwise!

Just bumping up - I've now changed my votes on both polls to show a/c verification complete.

Just bumping up - I've now changed my votes on both polls to show a/c verification complete. I have laid awake all night for the last few days (I am very prone to exaggeration) wondering if I should do the same. Arguably the poll was an account off the initial position? Clearly guidance is needed here, so that I can move on with my life.

Just had a company account verified it would seem. No confirmation but looks like it can now withdraw. That was about 2wks from sending verification docs. I hope everyone else is getting somewhere.
