I hope that link takes you to the FSAG FB page.
There is a question to answer to become a member, which if you are a lender you will know.
Here is the FSAG mission statement:
1. To act as a point of support and provide co-ordination, news and information to FundingSecure investors affected by the collapse of the platform.
2. To work collectively to recover our investment.
3. To be a voice for lenders to the administrator, regulators and press.
4. To explore potential opportunities for further actions if required.
Membership of FSAG is restricted to lenders of the FundingSecure platform who support the mission of FGSAG.
If you are a lender please join! Things will develop from here , but the bigger group FSAG becomes at the start, the better engagement we can expect with the administrator, which is an important dimension.
Applications for membership may take hours to be approved, because roles are presently being allocated! But apply! It will happen!

I've not got a Facebook account, being concerned about data privacy and that of everybody else in my address book, however I would like to have access to this group.
Anyone know of a rock solid method of setting up an anonymous Facebook account

Great to hear that!
However, the question asks about some detail from the "My Dashboard" screen. That screen isn't available anymore !!! It redirects back to the Adminsitrator holding page.
Could the question be changed and be made more accurate or alternatively, could it be clearer to help out dunces like me?
Perhaps something from the "My Details" screen or another screen that is still available when logged in?

i am trying to join the FSAG. i am very grateful to Bruce, Marc and other adminstrators who have both the knowledge and the energy to get this going. I hope i have correctly understood the question and have answered it, but i am unsure what is meant by "in the blue banner UNDER ...." Does UNDER mean "in a lower position than" or is that an instruction to click into that section. I don't think i am stupid but i am unfamiliar with protocol and language used here. Thanks PeeBee

Thanks PeeBee peebee - log in to your FS account, click on Dashboard and scroll down to underneath the Administrators message. Look for the answer in the light blue bar underneath your summary investment amounts. We will join you up as soon as you get that answer across.

As I found out you don't even need to click "Dashboard". Just log in and you'll see the Administrator's message. However, you can still scroll down the page and below that message will be your dashboard.

Fully agree with the idea of creating a group, but also appreciate the concerns about Facebook (not inclined to share my facebook data including likes and posts and friends, etc). So, as suggested by many, created another facebook account just for this purpose (you just need an email ID where FB sends a code).
So, I'd encourage everyone to create a FB Accout and join.
On a side note, I too complained to FOS re FS (Malaya Garnet) and someone (I don't think a caseworker has been assigned yet, just someone taking care of the pre-requisites) asked if I had the final response from FS. I spent a whole weekend collating and sending all the docs and correspondences to FOS and my logic for my complaint, but looks like all down the drain now. I felt a long time back that FS was too risky and cowboyish and started withdrawing funds (including a recent large IFISA withdrawal), but most of my loans are non-performing (as I stopped re-investing a while back). Unfortunate enough to not withdraw the partial repayments of ***3992.
