Ac don't seem to have made any repayments due on 1/11, 2/11 and also 3/11 loans 6,11,74,77,95,96,115 that I am aware of. Anyone got any others to add to the list?

However... chris: When this happened last month the Q&A answers pointed the finger at what I think is your department... The payments were credited shortly thereafter, which suggests that the IT issue was fixed. However, the problem seems to have recurred. Is this really an IT issue? Was it fixed?

Last time there was an IT issue in that the system was working for me but not for the admin team - later tracked to a problem tracking they were correctly logged in or not. Logging out and in again fixed it for them at the time and let them process the payments. I'm not aware of any issues at this time but I'm not as reachable at the moment so there could be something I'm not aware of. One for davidricketts1

I have six loans with payments due 1-3 all outstanding. One has a known issue but the others are "clean". Deffo looks like an AC issue.

Hi all
This is a problem with my repayments screen (the one that tells me which repayments are due on which day).
I've made a couple that were due between 01/11 & 03/11 this morning and I now need to manually work out which others are due.
I'll have the majority sorted this morning I'd imagine.

It depends where you are looking and how you have repayments set on the MLIA. I have received a repayment for #74 but because I have the MLIA set to 'Withdraw' the repayment is not listed in the MLIA Statement where it should be since that is where the investment is held but in the CA statement where is shouldn't be since the CA does not hold any investments only cash.

... I now need to manually work out which others are due. davidricketts1: You could start with the seven loans hendragon listed in the first post in this thread!

It worries me considerably that AC, especially since the new site was launched, have had such a catalogue of reported incorrect figures in so many aspects of our accounts. Getting figures right, all the time , is fundamental on a platform such as this. It's hopeless bragging about the platform's simplicity for some, while (they say) affording almost micro-control for those wanting it, when the figures being churned out are repeatedly being shown to be wrong. I don't really know for sure what my figures really are.
When will AC provide a big announcement to say all accounting figures are now correct and up to date?
Unfortunately ........ after two weeks ......

It's pretty much the only thing I care about or have posted about since the update. Finesse should be secondary to accuracy.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Talking about #39,am I the only one getting concerned about this one? I haven't been watching this one closely, because I have a relatively small amount, but I think we should be concerned. Cash flow suffers during the winter months and the staff have just spent available cash to settle other bills. Of course, it's convenient to blame the default on changes to the payment method, and AC really should have allowed payments to the old account number for a short period.

#77 was on the OP list. However, while most -- all? -- of the others on the list have had their payments credited today, #77 still has not. davidricketts1: Is there a problem with #77?
