I seem to spend a lot of time these days posting questions on the AC website asking for promised updates to be made. In this case loan 35 was due an update at close of business today. AC if you promise an update keep to it. It also makes me, as a lender, ask the question if you are unable to stick to your own deadlines how on earth do you expect the borrowers to do so?
In addition loan 40 is late for a repayment. I am minded to ask is this AC or the borrower?
I am sure all lenders recognise the efforts you are making to improve and move forward, but for goodness sake PLEASE remember the basics such as informing lenders and getting the repayments to them.
