I have been investing with UOWN for about two and a half years and everything so far has gone well so I decided to invest in Harold Place and about two hours later received my 2% bonus shares. Looking forward to successful completion in 2021. Cheers, We really appreciate that. We are always happy to help our investors get exposure to good property deals. Best, I'd invest more if the deals were structured as capital gains rather than income

Looking forward to successful completion in 2021. I received my bonus very promptly, but I'm afraid I got the last of it as the project is now 60.1% funded!

Hi Guys,
We wanted to give a little update on this investment.
We are at the 80% funded mark which is really good, with 100s of investors part of the fund raise so far. We are down to the last 20% left to fund and we expect that this will be complete by the end of the week on Friday.
On the actual property itself as mentioned we have completed the purchase and the title sits in the hands of all the investors so far. We have also completed the strip out works, this involved gutting the property and getting it ready for the construction phase to start.

Guys, Last shares available in Harold place. As of writing this message there were 7,436 shares available. This has been a fantastic result for us at UOWN. At £470,600 it's our biggest raise to date and we are looking forward to working on making sure all 189 investors (so far) get their returns. A big thank you to the members of this forum that are with us for the journey. We hope that we do the best job for you. Received a Dividend payment today equal to 0.01% of my investment, presumably this is from the rental income while we awaiting a sale to be agreed/completed.
