It seems I've managed to take a step back in the verification process... For people who take this message at face value, it's even more frustrating when you click the big "Verify my account" button, and the page it takes you to says "Until further notice we are unable to accept deposits." Maybe RSM are finally realising that an online verification process would make more sense (or at least easily-accessible information about HOW to verify the account), and this step backwards is in order to facilitate the next step towards that (e.g. by rewording the message and replacing the target page with details of the new verification process).

I hope you are right but I very much doubt it. I no longer have a bank account according to RSM as they somehow have removed it!

I hope you are right but I very much doubt it. I no longer have a bank account according to RSM as they somehow have removed it! Nice - another backwards step they've not yet taken on mine (the bank account is still attached to the account, but they're still assuming I'm trying to launder my own money through it until I convince otherwise - they finally got round to bothering to ask for some documents a few days ago, so maybe they'll have convinced themselves of this soon... in fact my initial thought was that this was maybe the initial stages of account verification after receiving my documents, but the tracking information says no).
