When I download my loan book as a CSV file, the "Your target" field is always null. Is that by deliberate design?

I don't know of a public todo list. And I don't know how they track it. Sorry.
I think a public todo list covering things asked for on this forum would be a good idea. It would save people writing to Chris pointing out things that they already know about.
